I’m Ana Hinshaw, LCSW. I bring over a decade of clinical experience to my work, and for many years I’ve focused on working with adults. I primarily work with burned out, high-responsibility professionals who look like they’re doing fine, but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected inside.

Many of my clients are healthcare workers, helpers, and high-performing professionals. They’re capable, thoughtful, and accustomed to pushing through, often at their own expense.

My clients don’t need someone to tell them to “just relax.” They need someone who understands the complexity of what they’re managing—and knows how to help them create real change.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I combine thoughtful talk therapy with EMDR and DBT-informed skills, working with both the mind and the nervous system. We pay attention not only to your internal experience, but also to the demands, environments, and pressures you’re living within. Together, we focus on what’s actually happening in your body — how past experiences and current stressors shape your reactions — and what will help you move forward in a practical, sustainable way.
