What using insurance typically looks like
-
Use your insurance benefits if you have in-network coverage
-
Payment handled directly through your insurance plan (via insurance partner, Alma)
-
Copays or coinsurance due at time of service
-
Verification of benefits provided before first session
-
Claims submitted on your behalf for in-network plans
Want to verify your coverage and copay details before scheduling?
Insurance eligibility and copay verification provided through Alma
Private Pay Option
For clients who prefer not to use insurance, or whose plans are out of network, private pay offers greater flexibility and control over your care.
30-Minute Session
$85
60-Minute Session
$160
90-Minute Session
$230
Why some clients choose private pay
-
Greater confidentiality; no diagnosis required for insurance records
-
Treatment decisions guided by your needs, not insurance requirements
-
No session limits or arbitrary restrictions on care
-
Freedom to focus on what matters in therapy
-
Superbill provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement
OUT-OF-NETWORK REIMBURSEMENT
Using out-of-network benefits
If your insurance plan is not listed as in-network, you may still have out-of-network mental health benefits that provide partial reimbursement.

For clients paying privately, I provide superbills, which are detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. The amount varies by plan.

I recommend verifying your out-of-network benefits before starting, so you know what to expect.
Questions to ask your insurance company:
-
"Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?"
-
"What percentage do you reimburse for out-of-network providers?"
-
"Is there a deductible I need to meet first?"
-
"What is the process for submitting out-of-network claims?"
