When the World’s on Fire:
A workbook for helpers in hard times

I created a trauma-informed workbook for helpers who are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, angry, numb, or stretched thin.

It’s designed as a choose-your-own-path guide: you start where you are, skip what you don’t need, and go at your own pace. Each section offers grounding practices, reflection prompts, and compassionate next steps.
