We'll combine emotional processing (actually feeling and moving through what's stuck) with nervous system regulation and practical tools you can use in your daily life.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative (including EMDR), which means we work with your body's responses, not just your thoughts. We address the root, not just the symptoms.
