Working with me will provide more than just a space to vent your anxieties and frustrations. I’ll ask about your goals and what you want out of life. I’ll get nosy and ask about why you want these things. You have it in you to live the life of your dreams! I will work with you in figuring out how to get there.

Online therapy means that you can do therapy in your (parked) car on your lunch break, in bed in your pajamas, or any location that is most flexible for you. Based on your unique needs, I can offer 30-, 60-, and 90-minute sessions. I also offer a variety of therapeutic approaches, which means you will have care that is more personalized, flexible, and catered to healing your emotional pains.
